The goal of PEN is to work constructively together towards a sustainable and just society. To improve communication in spaces created by PEN (mailing list, webinars, workshops, etc.), its members have decided that violent, intimidating or bullying language and positions that are racist, sexist, disablist, homophobic and/or transphobic or otherwise bigoted are not acceptable. The PEN coordination group has the right to exclude people that repeatedly engage in this kind of behaviour from these spaces.
